In mid-1998, AVAPE created the Not-for-Profit Organization Management Program, with the aim of transmitting its entrepreneurial experience to directors and managers of organizations which for a long time have seen AVAPE as a new modus operandi and model of sustainability, based primarily on successful strategic partnerships and alliances.

The Program is developed in different formats, like courses, lectures,  workshops and Brazilian and international seminars. In addition, it relies on partnerships with important organizations who are seeking among their social responsibility actions alternatives dedicated to the development and professionalization of the Third Sector.

Since it was set up, the AVAPE Strategic Management Program has provided more than 3000 social managers from across Brazil with entrepreneurship-focused training, whose bases are intended for putting into practice methodologies, instruments and processes of change that might benefit institutional development and professional management of their organizations.
