At AVAPE, volunteer work is held in high esteem and is considered important for furthering our projects.

The volunteer work program makes participation easy for those interested in contributing to the cause of inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Today, the organization has over 350 volunteers working at all our units, in the administrative area, helping with the kitchen and bakery projects, handcrafts, the reception, recreation and gardening, among others.
